What You'll Do

As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining the property's appearance, functionality, and overall resident experience.

Responsibilities include:

* Performing apartment make-ready turns to company standards

* Completing general maintenance repairs and work orders

* Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems

* Performing preventative maintenance throughout the property

* Addressing plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair needs

* Maintaining common areas, amenities, and building systems

* Ensuring all completed work is safe, accurate, and high quality

* Assisting with emergency maintenance needs as required

* Following all safety regulations and company procedures

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

EPA Certification

HVAC Certification and hands-on troubleshooting experience

Previous apartment maintenance or multifamily maintenance experience

Strong make-ready and unit turn experience

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Excellent attention to detail

Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
