• Work with your hands and engage with clients during installations
• Install customized solutions ranging from a variety of HVAC equipment that fit clients' needs, wants, and budget
• Show craftsmanship and quality workmanship
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful installation projects
• Communicate effectively with customers in all types of circumstances

• Proven track record of successful HVAC installation or service
• 1+ year of HVAC service experience
• Knowledge of HVAC products and services
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to travel to customer locations as needed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with a variety of HVAC systems, hand/power tools, and trade knowledge
• Comfortable communicating with customers in all types of circumstances
• Positive attitude
• Hard working
• Reliable
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license
• Must pass a background check
