Operating out of a 25,000 sq. ft. facility in Baltimore, MD, the team is supported by skilled professionals, including installers, foremen and warehouse staff, along with a dedicated fleet of box trucks and vans.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Baltimore, MD, for an Office Furniture Installer. The Installer will be responsible for assembling, delivering, and installing office furniture, ensuring all tasks are performed efficiently and precisely. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting installation plans, maintaining tools and equipment, cooperating with team members, and providing excellent customer service. The role may also require assisting with warehouse logistics, inventory management, and timely project completion to meet client expectations.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting installation drawings, blueprints, and layout plans
• Experience with basic hand and power tools used for furniture assembly and installation
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and time‑management skills
• Effective communication and teamwork skills with a customer‑focused approach
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand or move for long periods, and perform manual tasks safely
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Previous experience in office furniture installation is required; carpentry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is advantageous
