Traveling Mobile Diesel Technician – Mid-Atlantic and Southeast Regional Position

• Coverage Area:
  Midwest Regions (Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina)
• Travel Expectation:
  Up to 3 weeks per month across multiple states

Pay Range: $34.00 – $40.00 per hour (based on skillset and experience)

Responsible for repairing and maintaining medium to heavy duty customer vehicles and equipment, including routine preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance to ensure efficient vehicle operations. Assigned to and operate a company-owned service vehicle to visit customers and conduct service repairs onsite. Service repairs may include equipment such as forklifts, trailers, and tractors. Mobile Tech will perform duties independently, with little to no supervision.

Must be equipped with personal hand tools and keep tools stored in the service bed of the truck.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of medium to heavy duty diesel truck engines
• Diagnostic and troubleshooting skills; understanding of internal combustion gas and diesel engines
• Self-starter with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite and other internal systems)

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Class A/B license preferred for some positions
• Ability to obtain DOT Medical Certificate
• DOT Brake and Annual Inspection certification
• High school diploma or equivalency experience required
• Clean driving record
