Maintain HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing and other building systems to ensure guest rooms and property are well maintained;
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities and equipment;

Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs;
Maintain maintenance records and logs including boiler, PM and emergency logs
