Perform skilled maintenance and repair duties for the property, including HVAC, electrical, and paint touch-ups; ensure guest rooms and the property are well maintained.;
Maintain and repair hotel facilities and equipment; conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and other mechanical systems.;
Repair and maintain kitchen equipment, plumbing, lighting, doors, and fixtures; read blueprints and wiring diagrams as needed.;
Maintain maintenance records and logs; manage inventory and assist as needed with contractors and vendors.;
Assist security and support guest services by ensuring safe, clean, and functional environments.
