Baltimore City is seeking a Building Repairer at Abel Wolman Municipal Building. This role maintains and repairs the physical structures and utility systems of City buildings, performing trades across painting, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, or electrical work under moderate supervision.
Applicants must meet minimum qualifications of a high school diploma or GED and three years of building repair experience in at least four trades; a Maryland Class C driver’s license is required.
