Key Qualifications- Minimum of 5 years in DDC or building automation roles.
- Extensive experience with electrical and mechanical systems integration.
- Proficiency with leading control platforms such as Johnson Controls, Siemens, Honeywell, and Tridium Niagara.
- Advanced understanding of building automation systems, including BACnet, Lon Works, and Modbus protocols.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor team members and communicate effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and the capability to make independent decisions.
- OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training is highly preferred.
- Ability to efficiently manage and prioritize multiple projects.
