Role Overview
The Senior HVAC Service Technician inspects, diagnoses, and repairs HVAC equipment and water heaters, ensuring all work complies with safety standards and codes.
Key responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance on residential heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems, assisting with advanced appliance repairs, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role requires being on-call for emergency situations and maintaining company tools and vehicles.
Qualifications include at least 5 years of experience or equivalent training in HVAC services, valid State licensing, EPA-608 Technician Certification (Type 2 or higher), strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime.
Preferred candidates may hold NATE Certification.
