• Safely operate delivery trucks to transport bulk propane to various customer sites while adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Connect, disconnect, and monitor propane tanks using schematics and technical diagrams to ensure proper setup and operation.
• Conduct routine inspections of delivery equipment, including hoses, valves, regulators, and tanks; perform necessary repairs or maintenance to prevent leaks or failures.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to propane systems, refrigeration units, HVAC/R equipment, or appliances using detailed schematics and technical manuals.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining safety procedures, answering questions about propane systems, and ensuring customer satisfaction during each visit.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inspections, repairs, and service calls; complete all required documentation promptly.
• Assist with training new team members on safety standards, equipment operation, and maintenance procedures to foster a knowledgeable team environment.

• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or equipment maintenance.
• Proven service technician experience with the ability to interpret schematics and technical diagrams effectively.
• Knowledge of construction practices related to propane installation or HVAC system setup is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills for diagnosing issues with air conditioning units or refrigeration systems.
• Leadership qualities that enable guiding team members or assisting with training initiatives.
• Ability to perform equipment repair and routine maintenance efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
• Familiarity with safety protocols specific to propane handling and transportation; strong commitment to workplace safety.
