We're looking for our next Restoration Supervisor to support our field operations and keep projects running smoothly.

You're reliable, hardworking, and enjoy working with others. You handle fast-paced situations well and can utilize company software with ease. You communicate clearly, and can balance several tasks at once.
6+ months of restoration experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Professionalism, dependability, and a valid driver's license. IICRC certifications (preferred).
Support daily operations:
Work alongside restoration technicians, set project expectations, and ensure work meets SERVPRO standards. Work directly with customers:
Maintain positive interactions and keep customers updated throughout each job. Keep projects on track:
Document job progress, help manage labor, and support scheduling and budgeting needs. Promote a safe work environment:
Spot potential hazards and help put safe practices in place. Respond when needed:
Participate in the on-call rotation, including helping with local and out-of-town storm work when required. Help build team skills:
Assist with training and guiding technicians as they learn and grow.
