As an HVAC Service Technician at R. Brooks Mechanical, you’ll tackle diagnosing and repairing complex heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems for clients who genuinely depend on you. If you’re a skilled technician who takes pride in doing the job right and wants to be treated like the professional you are, you’ll fit right in.

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues on commercial systems including RTUs, split systems, heat pumps, VRF/VRV systems, air handlers, and exhaust systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment, including filter changes, coil cleaning, lubrication, belt replacement, and refrigerant checks.
• Work with DDC and BAS systems (e.g., Trane, Johnson Controls, Honeywell) to adjust setpoints, troubleshoot alarms, and verify control sequences.

• 2+ years of HVAC service experience
• Knowledge of HVAC/R systems and components
• Valid driver's license
