WhatYou'll Do
- Communicate with crew chiefs and lead technicians to understand and meet customer needs
- Respond to emergency service calls as part of Thomasville Restoration's commitment to rapid response
- Perform mitigation processes following company guidelines and instructions from crew chiefs/lead technicians
- Inventory, load, and prepare vans with equipment, products, and supplies for jobs
- Clean, disinfect, and inspect equipment regularly to ensure safe use
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle with proper equipment appearance
- Perform end-of-job and end-of-day cleanup and breakdown
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle and equipment maintenance checklists
- Take ownership of responsibilities and suggest ways to improve efficiency
- Assist with other duties and tasks as business needs evolve
- Valid driver's license required
- At least 1 year of experience in water mitigation or disaster restoration preferred
- IICRC certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
- Reliable, hands-on, and comfortable with on-the-road work
