• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems across residential and similar environments.
• Run thorough inspections to verify safe operations and optimal efficiency.
• Pinpoint root causes and deliver clear, effective remedies to HVAC issues.
• Coordinate with your team to finish projects on schedule and within budget targets.
• Show clients how to use and maintain their systems for long-term reliability.
• Follow safety procedures and comply with building codes on every job.
• Record all work performed and track materials with precision.

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical training is a plus.
• Active HVAC certification and appropriate licenses.
• Hands-on experience as an HVAC installer or technician.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and diagnostic instruments.
• Problem-solving strength and strong attention to detail.
• Comfort working independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and a service-first attitude.
