What You’ll Do- Respond to service calls as needed
- Perform mitigation services following Thomasville Restoration guidelines
- Support Crew Chiefs, field technicians, and other production personnel
- Communicate with Crew Chiefs and technicians to ensure customer needs are met
- Monitor all assigned jobs to ensure drying standards and customer requirements are achieved
- Complete work according to the Crew Chief’s scope of services
- Supervise production technicians and temporary laborers
- Train production technicians on processes, IICRC standards, equipment maintenance, and customer service
- Assist Crew Chiefs with managing production direct costs
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to qualifying events as required
- Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas
- Take initiative and identify ways to improve efficiency
- Handle recurring and unique tasks as business needs require
- Minimum 1 year of disaster restoration experience required (multiple years preferred)
- 2+ years of water mitigation experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- IICRC certification preferred
- Able to lead, train, and supervise field personnel
- Strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
