We are seeking full-time Skilled Carpenters and Carpenter Helpers who are great humans and desire to be part of our award-winning team. Responsibilities include building awesome projects for great clients and working within a great culture. This is a career that AI will not replace.

• Strong desire to learn and be accountable
• Experience in running your own projects a plus
• Knowledge of or familiarity with remodeling, design, or home improvement industries preferred
• Proficiency in using project management software or ability to learn
• Maintain attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address customer concerns with professionalism
