The GEO Group seeks a licensed Master Social Worker to provide reentry and case management services within a corrections setting in Maryland. The role partners with the Department of Corrections and a multi-vendor treatment model to support clients transitioning back to the community.
You will deliver complex case management, discharge planning, and evidence-based interventions, coordinating referrals to social services and healthcare benefits to facilitate successful reentry.
