One of our clients is seeking a motivated professional to work as a School Licensed Social Worker in the Baltimore area.
Responsibilities- Serve on Student Support Teams of identified students
- Support Student Support Team plans to implement interventions that address the root cause of attendance, behavioral, and/or academic challenge(s) with identified students
- Provide support internally and externally to schools in the successful implementation of the SST plan for student success
- Manage progress monitoring data to provide SST guidance
- Collect quantitative and qualitative data from school and community state holders
- Maintain a log to capture data to inform the SST team of the effectiveness of plan
- Connect with families as appropriate to support student
- Minimum of Master's Degree in Social Work
- Licensed in the State of practice required in Social Work (LMSW/LCSW-C)
- Medical Social Work experience
- Ability to undergo and satisfactorily complete given background checks
- Establish a relationship with one of the nation's largest referral agencies for behavioral-health
- Compensated weekly
