Maryland Nonprofits is hiring a Family Support Worker to provide strength-based services to families with children prenatal-3 through weekly in-home visits, helping families identify needs, develop action plans, and mobilize resources.
You will maintain a caseload of 15-25 families, document progress, and collaborate with supervisors while delivering direct teaching to support healthy parent/child relationships. Flexible hours and travel to program sites are required.
