Join the team behind Baltimore's Center for Hope.
As part of Life Bridge Health, you won't just respond to violence in our communities, you'll help break its cycle. The Center for Hope brings together clinicians, social workers, educators and city agency partners under one roof, and you'd be part of an integrated, first-of-its-kind model built to serve victims of all ages, races, ethnicities and religions, from cradle to old age.
Here, your work has a direct line to outcomes: safer neighborhoods, kids with a path forward, families with real support. You'll collaborate across disciplines instead of working in a silo, and you'll be part of building a model other health systems look to as the standard.
