Join our customer's team as a Psychotic Disorders Psychiatrist - AI trainer and play a pioneering role in shaping the future of psychiatric care. This unique opportunity leverages your clinical expertise to enhance advanced AI models, supporting improved diagnosis, treatment, and patient outcomes for psychotic disorders. Collaborate closely with AI researchers and clinicians in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities- Provide expert insight into the assessment, diagnosis, and management of psychotic disorders, ensuring AI models reflect best practices.
- Review, annotate, and validate large sets of clinical data and case studies related to psychotic syndromes.
- Advise on development of AI-driven clinical decision support tools, drawing from advanced diagnostic and medication management experience.
- Support crisis intervention and risk management components within AI frameworks to ensure safety and clinical relevance.
- Deliver clear and detailed written and verbal feedback to multidisciplinary teams, contributing to continuous model improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and software engineers, to translate clinical knowledge into actionable AI features.
- Stay current with emerging research and integrate evidence-based guidelines into AI training processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Psychiatry, Medicine (MD), PhD, PsyD, LCSW, or RN with relevant specialization.
- Demonstrated clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of psychotic disorders.
- Expertise in medication management and advanced diagnostic techniques.
- Strong crisis and risk management capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and clarity.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize complex clinical information for technical teams.
- Experience working at the intersection of healthcare and technology, particularly in digital health or AI-based projects.
- Background in medical education, psychiatric research, or clinical guideline development.
- Familiarity with regulatory and ethical considerations in AI and digital mental health.
