We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Power Builder Developer with over 10 years of hands‑on experience in designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise applications in client/server and web‑based environments. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Power Builder development, Oracle databases, PL/SQL programming, object‑oriented design principles, and enterprise application integration. Experience working in Agile environments and maintaining large‑scale legacy modernization projects is highly preferred.

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications using Power Builder (10.x–12.5/Appeon).
• Develop reusable and maintainable components using Non‑Visual Objects (NVOs) and Object‑Oriented Programming principles.
• Perform system analysis, coding, unit testing, debugging, implementation, and production support activities.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, joins, and PL/SQL packages in Oracle databases.
• Work with Data Windows, OLE integrations, and third‑party tool integrations within Power Builder applications.
• Design and implement scalable application architectures following OOAD methodologies and design patterns.
• Develop and consume SOAP/REST Web Services, APIs, XML services, and WCF services.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including business analysts, QA teams, and project managers in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline implementations and version control management using Git, Jenkins, TFS, or related tools.
• Support application modernization, migration, and integration initiatives involving Oracle, SQL Server, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems.
• Create technical documentation, test plans, test scripts, and deployment procedures.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions for business‑critical applications.

• 10+ years of experience in Power Builder development (Power Builder 10.x/11.x/12.x and Appeon Power Builder).
• Strong experience with Oracle Database (10g/11g/12c/19c) and PL/SQL development.
• Expertise in Power Script, Data Window programming, and NVO‑based application development.
• Strong understanding of Object‑Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) principles.
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML, and WCF services.
• Hands‑on experience with SQL optimization, stored procedures, triggers, and database performance tuning.
• Experience with source control tools such as Git, TFS, SVN, Clear Case, or Serena Dimensions.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, or Git Lab CI.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration tools.
• Experience integrating mainframe emulator applications with enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting and Perl scripting.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies including unit testing, system testing, and load testing.
