Basic Qualifications
- TS/SCI clearance with Poly.
- Five (5) years experience in applied machine learning in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- A Master's or Ph.D. degree in advanced math, artificial intelligence, data science, computer science or deep learning from an accredited institution.
- Five additional years of machine‑learning experience with a relevant Bachelor’s degree may substitute for a Master’s degree.
- Experience with standard machine‑learning frameworks, e.g., PyTorch, Tensor Flow.
- Design, create, test, and productize AI/ML algorithms to solve business challenges.
- Develop models capable of learning and making predictions as defined by business logic.
- Architect model architecture, data pipelines, metrics application, interpretation, and presentation.
- Apply foundational concepts of application development, infrastructure management, data engineering, and data governance.
- Train, retrain, deploy, schedule, monitor, and iteratively improve models with user and system feedback.
- Lead geographically diverse teams and serve as primary point of contact for AI‑related matters.
- Communicate and collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
- Strong proficiency in AI/ML frameworks such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
- Expertise in model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS tools like Sage Maker, Lambda, EC2, and S3.
- Experience developing full‑stack software applications (Python, Java, JavaScript, C++).
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Extensive experience in machine‑learning model development, including natural language processing (NLP).
- Experience with model evaluation, optimization, and performance monitoring.
- Proven software engineering experience with strong coding skills.
- Experience working in a government or defense‑related environment highly preferred.
