We are seeking a Software Engineer with expertise across front‑end, middle‑tier, and back‑end technologies.

The ideal candidate has full‑stack development experience, thrives in Agile environments, and is proficient in building secure, scalable systems using modern frameworks and databases. This role offers telework flexibility – specific hours will depend on tasking for each sprint.

This position may allow partial telework: up to 16 hours per week, but telework hours will depend on tasking for the sprint.

A current Top‑Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Twenty (20) years experience as a Software Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

• Experience assisting with development & execution of test procedures for software components.
• Experience with generating & reviewing software/technical documentation.
• Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Ensuring quality control of all developed and modified software.
• Experience with Git.
• Experience with Java, C++, and Python.
• Experience with relational databases such as Postgres.
• Experience with SQL.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services.

Erias Ventures provides a complete package of wealth, health, and happiness benefits. The expected salary range for this position, depending on education and years of experience, is $240,000 – $275,000.
