Positions located in Annapolis Junction, MD;
San Antonio, TX;
Aurora, CO; and Carey, NC.
- Provide custom software design and development of CNO tools and techniques.
- Design and develop end‑to‑end data flow and tasking for CNO tools.
- Author documentation, participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews as required by government procedures.
- Provide and participate in technical presentations on assigned projects.
- Lead and direct development of new CNO solutions that meet customer demands.
- Program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.
- Develop Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments.
- Develop UNIX/Linux applications using makefiles or comparable build environments.
- Develop Embedded or mobile platform applications using proprietary, GOTS, or open‑source build environments.
- Participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews.
- Provide and author technical presentations on assigned projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Network Engineering and 12 years of experience.
- Master's degree in the same field and 10 years of experience.
- Ph.D. in the same field and 8 years of experience.
- Experience in programming with CNO tools and techniques.
- Experience using network socket programming, including packet‑level programs and deep understanding of IP, TCP, and application‑level protocols.
- Software development experience in Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments, or Unix/Linux applications using makefiles or comparable build environments.
- Experience analyzing user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
- Software analysis or reverse engineering of CNO development concepts.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks and practices.
