Integres is currently seeking an Core/.NET 8 Developer for a hybrid opportunity based in Baltimore, MD. This role involves developing a console application that integrates with the EPA RCRAInfo REST APIs to securely extract, transform, and synchronize environmental compliance data with an internal ETS system.
Key Responsibilities
- Core/.NET 8 console applications using C#
- Build secure REST API integrations using Http Client or Rest Sharp
- Implement OAuth2 token-based authentication and token lifecycle management
- Parse and transform complex JSON/XML data into business objects
- Perform SQL Server/Oracle data inserts, updates, and upserts
- Implement robust logging (Serilog/NLog), retry policies (Polly), and error handling
- Support scheduled task execution with monitoring and automated notifications
- 3–5+ years of experience with C#,.NET Core/.NET 6/.NET 8
- Strong experience consuming REST APIs and asynchronous programming (async/await)
- Expertise with JSON serialization (System.Text.Json or Newton soft.Json)
- Strong SQL Server or Oracle experience
- Experience with Entity Framework Core or Dapper
- Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Postman
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with EPA CDX/RCRAInfo or other federal agency APIs
- Hands-on experience with Polly and Serilog
- Experience applications using Docker, Azure Web Jobs, or Windows Task Scheduler
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and clean coding practices.

- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – Onsite
- Monday, Friday – Remote
