The Bizagi Developer serves as a key technical resource supporting an enterprise platform in the State of Maryland. This position is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Bizagi workflow applications and integrations that automate case management, adjudication, and stakeholder engagement processes. The role requires deep hands‑on experience in Bizagi Studio, workflow optimization, and database performance tuning, with a strong understanding of workers’ compensation business rules and operations.

$120,000 - $150,000 depending on experience. Discretionary annual bonus based on performance.

Baltimore, MD / Hybrid

This position is contingent upon the successful award of a contract or funding. Employment will commence only after the award is finalized and confirmed.

• Design, configure, and enhance Bizagi process models, data models, business rules, forms, and integrations.
• Translate legislative or policy changes into efficient Bizagi workflows while maintaining production stability.
• Develop and maintain APIs, data connections, and SQL procedures supporting modules.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and functional leads to test, deploy, and document workflow releases.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance improvements across Bizagi and SQL layers.
• Support automation initiatives leveraging IPA, DPA, RPA, and machine learning components used for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team to ensure coding standards, version control, and delivery quality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of Bizagi development experience, including process automation, form design, and system integration.
• Experience with SQL Server, C#, REST/SOAP APIs, and Azure environments.
• Demonstrated success delivering large-scale Bizagi solutions in the public sector or similarly regulated environments.
• Familiarity with agile development methods, release management, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with business users and technical teams.
• Maryland or regional residency required for on‑site support in Baltimore.

• Prior experience supporting workers’ compensation case management systems.
• Knowledge of document management, digital signatures, and Bizagi integration with AI automation tools.
• Bizagi Certified Professional or equivalent credential.
