The primary role of the Full-Stack Software Engineer is to help design, build, and enhance mission-critical software systems. This is your chance to work on complex, diverse projects that range from processing-intensive analytics and novel algorithm development to real-time systems and large-scale data manipulation. • Build full-stack solutions across frontend, backend, and UI, tailored to mission needs.
• Partner with customers and end-users to implement changes that improve usability and impact.
• Provide input on hardware/software trade-offs, reuse strategies, and integration of COTS/GOTS solutions.
• Review, test, and document software components to meet design requirements and resolve issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is required or equivalent combination of education, and experience.
• Minimum 3+ years’ related hands‑on software development experience.
• Experience with MongoDB or similar database technologies.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

• Experience in UI development with React or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Backend development experience with Spring Boot.
• Containerization experience with Docker/Kubernetes.
• Exposure to machine learning and AI development.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated build tools.

• Ability to work in an office environment (constant).
• Required to sit and stand for long periods; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard (frequent).

$100,000 - $210,000. The AV pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation. Official compensation depends on level, responsibilities, location, experience, education, certifications, and other factors.

This position requires access to information subject to International Traffic Alloys Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
