The Employee will help our organization to identify and bridge the gap that exists in the business by analyzing the data, scale and support digital transformation initiatives.

We are seeking a Salesforce Mid to Senior Developer with strong experience in Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce development, enterprise integrations, and healthcare solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Triggers, and Flows.
• Configure and customize Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Build API integrations between Salesforce, AWS, and enterprise applications.
• Develop Agentforce-powered automations and Data Cloud integrations.
• Support healthcare interoperability using FHIR APIs and HL7.
• Participate in unit, integration, and UAT testing.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and Dev Ops teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows
  .
• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
  .
• Experience working with Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce
  .
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integrations.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, Redshift, and SQL Databases
  .
• Experience with FHIR APIs
  , HL7
  , and healthcare interoperability is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Amazon Connect and Service Cloud Voice is a plus.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce DX, and Dev Ops practices.
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Health Cloud, or Service Cloud) are preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Healthcare or Life Sciences environments is highly preferred.
