Senior Machine Learning Engineer, AdTech

The Sr. Machine Learning Engineer will join the Applied Data Science group within Nexxen DSP Software Development. The role involves building applied data science infrastructure for real-time performance optimization and machine learning solutions. Responsibilities include developing high-performance large-scale services for programmatic integrations and platform products, applying AI/ML to enhance real-time ad scoring and bid optimization, designing ad algorithm architecture, developing scalable data analysis and model development approaches, building and optimizing algorithms end-to-end, collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting production issues, and working in an agile environment.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, 5+ years engineering experience at a leading AdTech vendor, expertise in AI/ML, Java, Python, Scala, No

SQL databases (Aerospike, Cassandra), ML/DL frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch), data processing technologies (Spark, Map Reduce), and strong communication skills. Preferred qualifications include MS or PhD, AdTech industry experience, and experience with LLM and GenAI. The position is full-time with a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, remote otherwise) or fully remote for candidates with senior adtech vendor experience. Salary range in New York is $180,000 - $220,000.
