A premium boutique Pilates studio in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced and passionate Female Pilates Instructor to join its growing team from the beginning of April.
Established for two years, the studio has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, mindful training in a supportive and empowering environment.
The vision of the space is transformative, mindful, and empowering — focused on helping clients improve strength, flexibility, and overall wellbeing through exceptional instruction and personal attention.
The RoleThe successful candidate will lead mindful, results-driven Pilates sessions in a professional and supportive studio environment.
- Designing and delivering personalized Pilates programs for private and group sessions
- Ensuring proper technique, alignment, and client safety
- Assessing client progress and adapting programs accordingly
- Maintaining studio equipment and cleanliness standards
- Providing excellent customer service and fostering a positive atmosphere
- Participating in studio events and continuous professional development
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience
- Strong experience in instructing Mat & Reformer Pilates
- Additional experience in instructing Barre & Lagree classes is advantageous
- Experience teaching Group Classes & Personal Training
- Fluent or Native-level English (spoken and written)
- Internationally Certified in Mat & Reformer Pilates (BASI, Balanced Body, STOTT, or equivalent)
- Energetic, motivating, adaptable, and an excellent communicator
- Strong focus on client safety and results
- International applicants are welcome
- 8 working hours per day
- 6 days per week
- Flexible scheduling (straight or split shifts possible)
- Tax-free monthly salary: 10 000 – 12 000 SAR
- 25% commission on Personal Training (within working hours)
- 10% bonus on monthly sales exceeding $10,000
