Pilates Instructor | Saudi Arabia

We are recruiting a qualified and experienced Pilates Instructor to join a beautiful, serene, state‑of‑the‑art Pilates, Yoga, and Barre studio in Saudi Arabia, attracting high‑end clientele including members of the royal family, celebrities, social media influencers, and socialites.

• Conduct small group Pilates classes (typically 4–5 participants) in a semi‑private and PT studio setting.
• Develop and implement personalized exercise programs based on clients’ fitness levels, goals, and any specific requirements or restrictions.
• Provide clear instructions focusing on proper form, alignment, and breathing techniques.
• Offer modifications and progressions to accommodate all fitness levels and abilities.
• Provide individualized feedback to help clients improve technique and maximize results.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment throughout classes.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Pilates trends, exercises, and industry developments.
• Educate and inspire clients by sharing knowledge on Pilates principles, health, and wellness.
• Build strong client relationships and foster a positive community experience.
• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and workshops as required.

• Passionate about Pilates and helping others.
• Recognized certification in Comprehensive Pilates instruction (e.g., PMA, BASI, STOTT) or a relevant equivalent. Please ensure this is uploaded with your application.
• Minimum 2 years of Pilates teaching experience.
• Capable of designing safe and effective workouts tailored to clients’ needs.

• Salary: 13,500–15,000 SAR/month (~$3,600–$4,000 USD)
• Travel:
  Paid air ticket to Saudi Arabia upon arrival, paid visa, and annual flights to/from home country.
• Accommodation:
  Instructors are responsible for housing; support provided in finding accommodation. Shared accommodation during probation period: separate bedroom and bathroom, shared living/kitchen.
• Work Schedule:
  
  5 days/week, 8‑hour days (flexible), up to 6 classes/day.
• Medical Insurance:
  Provided.
• Education Support: 30% support for continued education from the studio.

• 50% on private sessions outside working hours or exceeding 6 classes/day.
• 30% on private sessions within working hours exceeding 6 classes/day.
• 50% on workshops, seminars, and trainings.
• 50% on classes on off days if instructor chooses to work.

• Quarterly Bonus:
  Based on class attendance, reviews, ratings, retention, and private renewals.

• Salary: 11,250 SAR/month (~$3,000 USD)
• Travel:
  Paid air ticket to Saudi Arabia upon arrival, paid visa, and annual flights to/from home country.
• Accommodation:
  Provided in a prime Riyadh location; shared accommodation with separate bedroom and bathroom, shared living/kitchen. Alternative housing: instructors responsible for own housing.
• Transportation provided to company accommodation.
