About the roleWe’re looking for a Data Center Logistics Specialist to support and enhance our operations. You’ll manage inventory, coordinate supply chains, and ensure efficient workflows to keep our Data Center logistics team running smoothly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee logistics operations and parts movements across our Data Center facilities.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory, coordinate parts checkouts for internal customers, and ensure efficient supply chain operations.
- Arrange, schedule and support shipments across sites and other locations, unpack boxes, verify contents and maintain organized inventory systems.
- Work closely with inventory and transportation teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment following proper safety protocols and procedures.
- Provide hands‑on logistics support including physical handling of materials and equipment as needed.
- Occasional travel across the cluster to support other sites. Lift materials up to 18 kg (with teammates support when needed).
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure logistics operations run efficiently and meet internal customers’ needs.
- Work 9:00–18:00 on business days, onsite in an office/storage room area with occasional outside work for shipment support.
- Mostly in a quiet environment, sometimes in a 75 db noise level environment (comparable to industrial grade fan).
- Handle electronic parts.
- On‑call duties required after normal working hours, rotating weekly by team members.
- Familiarity with data center logistics operations (warehouse, inventory management).
- Experience with logistics KPIs (e.g., on‑time delivery, inventory accuracy, cycle time).
- Experience with reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to track performance metrics.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in warehouse environments.
- Experience coordinating shipments and managing vendor relationships.
- データセンター物流業務(倉庫、在庫管理)の知識。
- 物流KPI(定時配送、在庫精度、サイクルタイムなど)の経験。
- パフォーマンス指標を追跡するためのレポートツール(Excel、Power BI、Tableau)の経験。
