Wallenius Wilhelmsen is seeking Operations Coordinator at our equipment processing center in Baltimore, MD.

Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Responds to customer service inquiries concerning account activities, priorities, and status.

* Opens, closes, and reconciles production work orders.

* Prioritizes and assigns work orders for completion to appropriate employees.

* Coordinates account activities, priorities, and status with mfg. personnel and Third Party Logistics Provider.

* Tracks inbound parts and equipment and forecasts incoming volume.

* Maintains equipment inventory, tracking, location, status, organization, and billing systems.

* Enters product receipts and picks into inventory management system; verifies accuracy of information.

* Performs reporting and analyzes results to management and customer.

* Cross-trains and performs other administrative functions to include dispatching of parts/equipment and printing BOLs.

Job Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

* One year experience in customer service and inventory control procedures preferred.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to interface with customers and employees.

* Basic math skills are required.

* Must have strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Must be proficient at an Intermediate Level in MS Excel and have a working knowledge of MS Windows and Word.
