This full‑time position requires in‑role training at an operating site which will be 5+ weeks in duration. This training will be located 50+ miles away from the home site location. All travel accommodations for training will be booked and paid for by Amazon.

Since opening our 'virtual' doors in 1995, we’ve been pushing the boundaries of ‘possible’ further and further. Our entire business works hard to delight our customers – from the second an order is placed online to the seamless coordination of that order behind the scenes, we strive to stay agile, fluid and intentional. That can be described in one of our core Leadership Principles, which is Bias for Action.

This means that our teams band together, roll up their sleeves, and aren’t content with just standing still. We’re aiming to become the most customer‑centric company on Earth.

Rural Super Rural (RSR) is an exciting organization within Amazon dedicated to ensuring our customers receive their deliveries and are satisfied with their service, even in our most remote area. We are a combination of operations and support teams aligned to continually strive to innovate the last mile delivery process while bringing smiles to our customer’s faces.

  • Drive, maneuver, and load/unload a truck as scheduled using approved equipment (dolly, etc.), with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Lifts up to 49 pounds, stands and walks during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently pushes, pulls, squats, bends, and reaches, with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Participate in on‑road processes on a regular basis to stay connected to the operation.
  • Be a resource to the delivery station for driver training‑related questions.
  • Work as a peer trainer on an as‑needed basis to support the business.
