Operations Supervisor – Transdev in Baltimore, Maryland is hiring an Operations Supervisor. The Operations Supervisor assists the Operations Manager in all aspects of the daily location functions. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.

Position Subject to Collective Bargaining AgreementPosition Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement:
- $30.10 - $31.00 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Payscale)
* Starting pay $30.10 with progression to $31.00 over 1 year.
Benefits- Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks – no vacation may be taken during first year of employment.
- Sick days: 5 days
- Other standard benefits: 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental and vision after 90 calendar days of full employment, life insurance, short-term disability, voluntary long-term disability.

Key Responsibilities- Responsible for the check-in process of drivers including fitness for duty inspection, uniform and credential check, and assignment of buses
- Coordinate bus rotation, trips and driver break times by the assignment of Customer Service Representative personnel and vehicles.
- Supervise dispatchers on duty and issue coverage for dispatch breaks.
- Become an extended dispatcher when needed.
- Monitor and document driver’s attendance.
- Other duties as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred. Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
- The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
- Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.
