Lot Attendant – Transdev in Baltimore, MD
Transdev seeks a Lot Attendant to provide operational oversight, day‑to‑day management, and assist drivers in safe route operation. We are looking for customer service‑oriented professionals dedicated to safety.
Union & Pay- Position:
Lot Attendant – CBA Position - Collective Bargaining Agreement: ATU Local 1764
- Pay: $23.00 - $23.69 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Payscale)
- Starting pay: $23.00, progressing to $23.69 over 1 year
- Vacation:
Up to 14 days per year - Paid Sick Leave: 8 hours monthly for full-time employees
- Medical, dental & vision coverage after 90 calendar days of employment for full‑time employees

- Benefits may vary depending on location policy; the above represents the standard Corporate Policy.
- Maintain cleanliness of fleet vehicles—interior and exterior.
- Move vehicles within the building and lot; deliver vehicles to locations and fuel & inspection stations.
- Maintain vehicle mileage records.
- Manage building supplies inventory.
- Clean and maintain building interior and exterior.
- Other duties as required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to learn and perfect maintenance skills.
- Subject to DOT drug testing and physical as applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed.
- Employee generally spends long periods sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
- Work environment will be a combination of indoor and outdoor settings.
