Lot Attendant – Transdev in Baltimore, MD

Transdev seeks a Lot Attendant to provide operational oversight, day‑to‑day management, and assist drivers in safe route operation. We are looking for customer service‑oriented professionals dedicated to safety.

• Position:
  Lot Attendant – CBA Position
• Collective Bargaining Agreement: ATU Local 1764
• Pay: $23.00 - $23.69 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Payscale)
• Starting pay: $23.00, progressing to $23.69 over 1 year

• Vacation:
  Up to 14 days per year
• Paid Sick Leave: 8 hours monthly for full-time employees

• Maintain cleanliness of fleet vehicles—interior and exterior.
• Move vehicles within the building and lot; deliver vehicles to locations and fuel & inspection stations.
• Maintain vehicle mileage records.
• Manage building supplies inventory.
• Clean and maintain building interior and exterior.
• Other duties as required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to learn and perfect maintenance skills.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical as applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

• Must be able to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed.
• Employee generally spends long periods sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
• Work environment will be a combination of indoor and outdoor settings.
