class a drivers (with one-year verifiable class a experience in the last three years) are looking for a guarantee of a salary plus extra pay per shipment, great benefits, and the option to be home weekly.

these deliveries are 100% touch; freight is preloaded and trailer is hook‑and‑go. Drivers average $1400‑$2000/wk delivering in pa, va, nj, md, wv, eastern oh, and northern nc.

full benefits after 60 days; 3‑5 days of training on the account.

drivers will be home weekly (weekends not guaranteed) and may take trucks home but must be able to park tractor and trailer. A rider and a pet may be brought after training completion.

can never have failed or refused any type of drug test even if you have completed sap

• drivers pick up loads at dc just outside front royal. Trailers are preloaded, and drivers hook and go.
• drivers are paid a daily salary of $215/day plus $300 for every trailer that is unloaded.
• drivers make 2‑4 stops per trailer. Deliveries are made by unloading boxes weighing 1‑35 lbs onto a conveyor belt. Store personnel handle inventory; drivers only unload the truck.
• during the 34‑hour reset at home, drivers may still be on a load. At the start of the week they finish deliveries then head back to dc for the next load.
• orientation in dayton lasts about 2 days. Company pays transportation, hotel, and meals, and you receive $85/day.
• training is 3‑5 days, paid at $215/day. You will either double bunk with the trainer or receive your truck first and follow the trainer. Both options are not guaranteed; flexibility is required.
• after training, you may bring a rider and a dog while you run.

please note if you have ever failed or refused a dot drug test you are not eligible for hire even if you have completed sap and regardless of how long ago the incident happened.

• drivers must be 21 years old and have one full year of class a experience (local, regional, or otr).
• cdl must be in the state of the current residence when you apply.
• may not have more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 jobs in the last three years.
• may have up to two dot recordable accidents in the last three years, but none of the following: major traffic violation, preventable rear‑end, or rollover.
• cannot have been terminated from the most recent job for any reason.
• may have one of the following moving violations in the personal vehicle in the last three years (none in a commercial vehicle): 15+, reckless, following too closely, texting, or using a handheld device. Commercial violations of these types disqualify the applicant.
• no felonies in the last seven years (except for any sexual crimes) and no misdemeanors in the last three years.
