Class A drivers with one year of verifiable Class A experience within the last three years are invited to join a program that guarantees a base salary plus extra pay per shipment, with the opportunity to get home weekly. Drivers average pay is $113,000 per year and typically earn $2,190 per week with deliveries across the Northeast.

The job involves 100% touch load handling: freight is preloaded and trailers are hook‑and‑go from the distribution center just outside Rome, NY.

• Pick up loads at the DC and hook trailers for immediate delivery.
• Drive daily, averaging 900–1,200 miles per week and completing three loads.
• Earn a daily salary of $215 and an additional $300 for each trailer unloaded.
• Unload cargo and place boxes weighing 1–35 lbs onto a conveyor belt, after which store personnel handle inventory and merchandising.
• Handle multiple stops per trailer (2–4) and manage the 34‑hour reset at home while maintaining progression of the route.
• Participate in a 3–5 day paid training program and then operate the assigned truck.

• Resident of New York, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, or Rhode Island (not Bors or Long Island). CDL must be registered in the state of residence.
• Minimum 21 years old with one full year of Class A experience (local, regional, or OTR).
• No more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 jobs in the last three years.
• No two DOT recordable accidents in the last three years, and no major traffic violations, preventable rear-end crashes, or rollovers in the last three years.
• Recent termination from most recent job is not allowed.
• Permitted personal vehicle violations: 15+ points, reckless driving, following too closely, texting or handheld device. No such violations are allowed in a commercial vehicle.
