Shuttle Truck Driver - Local Class A - Logistics

Full-time Local Class A CDL Truck Drivers

Earn $27.83 per hour with overtime after 40 hours.

Local, home daily.

No touch freight.

You will drive:

• Late model, Penske Truck Leasing trucks
• Best-in-class specs designed for comfort
• Equipped with inward and outward facing in‑cab cameras helping to ensure safety for all

• Deliver the product to customer warehouses.
• Average 5 stops per week.
• Maintain professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers.
• Home daily.

• Valid Class A CDL required; applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence.
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non‑exempt interstate DOT medical card required.
• 1 year of documented tractor‑trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor‑trailer experience in the last 5 years.
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
• Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• English language proficiency required (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)).
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
• Regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Must accept responsibility for own safety and safety of others.

• Must be able to see and hear; specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Must move frequently, stand, walk, and sit; use hands to touch, handle, and feel; reach with hands and arms; lift up to 50 lbs/23 kg and occasionally up to 100 lbs/45 kg.
• Must legally operate a motor vehicle and safely and frequently enter/exit the vehicle and rear cargo area.
