• Drive over‑the‑road (OTR) recovery trucks across 48 states
• Stay out 3–4 weeks at a time with home time 3–4 days
• Recover equipment (tractors and trailers) for Walmart Distribution Centers in Colton, Fontana, and Riverside, CA
• Complete approximately two trips per day, with backhauls returning to the distribution centers
• Handle downtime such as breakdowns, delays, and attend to 5–10% of trips that require a shop visit or co‑team assistance
• Obtain and maintain a rental car when necessary, including fuel responsibility before reimbursement
• Fly frequently as required for assignments

• Operates new, well‑maintained sleeper tractors with automatic transmissions hauling dry van and refrigerated trailers
• Estimated 1,835 miles per week
• 24/7 operation, including weekends and holidays
• 70‑hour work week followed by a 34‑hour reset at home
• Stop pay, detention pay, and layover pay applied
• CPM and CPM split for teams

• Valid Class A CDL (required)
• 21 years of age or older
• 3 months of recent Class A CDL experience (minimum)
• Cell phone capable of taking and emailing pictures of trucks
• Willingness to be team member 5–10% of time to reach shop or seat truck
