Overview
Primo Brands is a leading branded beverage company in North America with a focus on healthy hydration. We offer a portfolio of sustainable, packaged beverages distributed across more than 150,000 retail outlets. A warehouse loader is responsible for ensuring products are moved within the warehouse safely and efficiently, performing the loading and unloading of route trucks manually or by forklift operation.

Location:
Lorton, VA
Compensation: $24.00 / hr + 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, occasional weekends if needed
Start Time: 7:00 PM until workload is completed. Overtime may be required depending on business needs

- Ensure warehouse standards are upheld by working in a safe and professional manner
- Load and unload route delivery trucks and tractor trailers by hand and forklift
- Palletize products for loading
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, electric pallet jacks, etc.
- Take care of our products through proper handling and storage
- Ensure inventory is properly maintained
- Ensure good housekeeping and warehouse standards are upheld
- Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Move our delivery trucks for loading and unloading and perform truck refueling
- Handle administrative responsibilities as needed (bay mapping, inventory tasks, damaged product counts, and allowing housekeeping entry during their scheduled time)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have an acceptable driving record (no major driving offenses in the last 3 years)
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 60 lbs during the work shift
- Willing to work overtime as needed
- Warehouse/forklift experience is preferred, but we can train new associates
