The RT Depot is located in Jessup, MD.

Schedule:

3/13 hour shifts, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday – Start Time: 5:00 AM.

Compensation: $22.00 per hour (no CDL), $24.00 per hour (with CDL). Shift Differential:
Additional $2.00 per hour available for night and weekend shifts. Overtime: 1.5x hourly rate for hours over 40 per week. Safety Bonus Potential: up to $4,000 annually (up to $1,000 per quarter).

Restaurant Technologies is a leading provider of highly innovative and value‑enhancing bulk cooking oil management services to the food service industry.

A warehouse associate coordinates distribution activities of the depot, including receiving, loading, cleanliness, and fleet upkeep. Responsibilities also encompass shipping materials to customers, weekly receiving of cooking oil tanker trucks, executing daily Standard Sanitary Operating Procedures, compiling corporate return orders, monitoring inventories, maintaining fleet schedule, and contributing to the Safety Goal for the facility.

• Shipping of materials to customers.
• Weekly receiving of cooking oil tanker trucks.
• Execution of daily Standard Sanitary Operating Procedures.
• Compilation and handling of corporate return orders.
• Monitoring daily warehouse inventories such as cooking oil and mechanical parts, and identifying items needed.
• Fleet upkeep, including adherence to the maintenance schedule, loading of daily routes, and routine facility cleaning.
• Participation in the facility's Safety Goal.
• Verification checks of delivery truck flow meters to ensure accuracy; calibration required if tolerances are exceeded. All new fleet trucks undergo tolerance checks and scheduled biannual calibrations in Q1 and Q3.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Valid driver license.
• Ability to use a smartphone.
• Must meet Restaurant Technologies’ Fleet Safety requirements and maintain a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to carry a minimum of 50 pounds by hand up to several hundred yards by cart.
• Organizational skills and ability to keep items in order.
• Unrestricted ability to bend, stoop, squat, stand, walk, climb, twist, turn, and reach out.
• Ability to climb up and down a ladder as high as 20 feet.
• Ability to interpret documents and make suggestions based on the information provided.
• Ability to prioritize goals and execute them effectively.
• Ability to partner with internal customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Preferred:
  Previous experience working in a warehouse.
• Preferred: CDL license.
