We are looking for a Fleet Maintenance Technician to join our team and play a vital role in maintaining the performance, reliability, and safety of our growing fleet.

As a Fleet Maintenance Technician, you will ensure our vehicles remain in top working condition while minimizing downtime.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing routine maintenance and preventative services on fleet vehicles
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues
• Completing thorough safety inspections to meet compliance standards
• Troubleshooting and resolving repair needs efficiently and accurately
• Maintaining detailed service records and repair documentation
• Identifying potential issues early to reduce costly repairs
• Working closely with team members and operations staff in a fast-paced environment

• Experience as an Automotive Technician, Mechanic, Fleet Technician, Diesel Mechanic, or similar role
• Strong understanding of diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Valid driver’s license required
• ASE certifications are a plus, but not required
