• Daily Dispatch Huddle Attendance
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every job
• Safely disassemble, remove, and donate, dump customer's unwanted belongings
• Perform on-site estimates and communicate clearly with customers
• Drive a junk truck (Crew Leader role) and ensure safe transport of goods
• Assist with truck inspections and equipment inventory
  
  Accurately complete paperwork and collect payments

• 18+ for Movers | 21+ for Drivers (insurance requirement)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (Drivers)
• Strong work ethic and positive, team-first attitude
• Ability to lift 100+ lbs repeatedly
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Comfortable communicating professionally in English, Spanish is a Bonus

• Junk, hauling, moving, delivery driving, or warehouse work
• General labor, construction, or landscaping
• Box, tow, junk truck or commercial driving experience
• Customer service or client-facing roles
