Yard Worker

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Yard Worker to maintain the organization, cleanliness, and safety of the yard area. The ideal candidate will assist with loading and unloading materials, operating equipment, organizing inventory, and ensuring the yard remains clean and efficient.

Schedule: Monday
- Friday / 8am-5pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and move materials, equipment, and products throughout the yard.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming shipments.
• Sort, stack, and store materials in designated locations.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment as needed (certification preferred).
• Perform routine yard maintenance, including sweeping, debris removal, and grounds upkeep.
• Assist customers, drivers, and vendors with locating and loading materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have at least 2 years truck driving experience in handling up to containers (53 ft preferred)
• CDL Class A or B is preferred
• Previous yard, warehouse, construction, or labor experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
