• Primary duty will be to take drop and hook 53 ft. trailers between facilities driving a tractor
• Handling intercompany transfers
• Loading/unloading trucks if necessary; some lifting is required
• Drive the tri-state area:
  Baltimore-Philadelphia
  - South New Jersey
• May be responsible for DSD
• Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients at delivery locations
• Maintain corresponding paperwork associated with each load to ensure it is properly received by the appropriate clerks and client representatives at each facility.
• Carefully unload products from the trailer with a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand
• Perform routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition and report any issues to fleet manager promptly
• Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain a non-excepted DOT medical card
• Minimum 2 years of documented commercial driving experience within the past 5 years
• 2 years DMV/MVR record with no moving violations or accidents
• In order to be compliant with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)), this role requires English language proficiency.
• Submit to a background investigation (to include past employment and criminal history) and drug screening required
• Meet the standard requirements of the U.S. Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). Highway Administration
• Lift 10-60 lbs. frequently
• Standing, walking, bending and reaching.
• Ability to sit for 4 to 5 hours at a time
• Must be able to work in a Safety Sensitive Position.
