Class A Driver

Overview

Reddy Ice, a leading brand in ice production and manufacturing, seeks a full‑time ice delivery driver to operate articulated tractor‑trailers and deliver ice to customers across the region.

This position delivers ice to customers in articulated vehicles (tractor‑trailers) that require a CDL class A license. Drivers are assigned a delivery route or transport truckloads of ice to specific customer locations. The delivery region, route, and type of equipment operated may change based on business needs.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Current/valid ClassA CDL license
• Driving record that meets or exceeds company‑qualifying standards
• Minimum of one (1) year experience as a driver in a vehicle similar to which you will operate during employment

• Three years of previous route delivery driver or DSD experience

• Must be able to drive in stressful environments.
• Unloads, loads, and rotates product in merchandisers/iceboxes.
• Required to lift 40lbs. throughout the day.
• Required to work in all weather conditions.
• Weekend, night, and holiday work is a requirement.
• Work performed in retail stores; frequent driving between retail stores and plant location.
• Overtime may be required.
• Work conducted in a fast‑paced, rapidly changing environment.
