Position: Class A Yard Jockey - Graveyard 3rd Shift 5PM to 5AM - $3,000 Sign On Bonus!

Position

Class A Yard Jockey – Baltimore, MD.

$3,000 new hire bonus after completing probation. Salary: $31.00 per hour (set rate). Direct hire, full-time 40‑50 hours per week.

Job Responsibilities
  • Moving trailers and equipment throughout the yard using a yard truck.
  • Position trailers accurately for efficient loading and unloading.
  • Load and unload trailers in support of warehouse operations.
  • Perform daily safety inspections on yard trucks and equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard.
  • Communicate with yard and warehouse teams to ensure efficient operations.
  • Safely operate straight trucks and tractor trailers (26’–53’).
Qualifications
  • Class A license with a clean driving record and valid DOT medical card.
  • Minimum 3 years experience operating 26 foot trucks and trailers up to 53 foot.
  • Passing our 7‑year FADV review in the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse.
  • Experience with pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle evaluations.
  • Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours, roadside inspections.
  • Can‑do attitude with a strong customer focus.
  • Proven longevity in past employment.
  • Touch freight experience.
  • Heavy lifting required.
Work Hours & Schedule

Monday‑Friday “Graveyard 3rd Shift” – 5 PM to 5 AM. Consistent work hours; opportunities for overtime. Job stability; non‑seasonal.
